We like to thank everyone for the extreme kindness to us during our recent family trauma. The flowers, cards, notes and sympathetic words meant such a lot to us.
I'm sorry the drama school had to close. We've had to restructure our lives a bit and this means I'll not have quite so much spare time. However, I hope to hold occasional classes in the future and perhaps some intensive week-long courses for children during the school holidays. There will be another 'show' for the village. A 1920's celebration with songs, poems and sketches. It'll be called 'Flapper and Dappers' and will be in much the same style as our Music Hall extravaganza.
Once more, our thanks to you all.
Malcolm Hay and Toni Arthur-Hay
We would just like to 'Thank' everybody that patronised the Coffee Morning held at 2 High Street on Saturday, 12th July. It was a great success and a sum of £100.00 was raised for the Village hall Roof Fund.

...and of course we all thank Ken and Joy for hosting this event. Ed.
